Either that, or RedHat's patches are broken.

Cromarty, Forth, Tyne, Dogger: Variable, becoming southeast 3 or 4,
occasionally 5 in Cromarty. Smooth or slight. Mainly fair, showers and fog
patches developing later. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor later.
