This is like you have a car with a plain AM/FM radio and you need
to replace the radio with a new one that supports AF/FM/CD/Bluetooth/phono
jack/Satellite Radio etc.  You can replace just the radio (named)
or you can get yourself a whole new car (OS/machine) which most
probably gets better mileage (draws less power) and has lots of
other features you need.
