Add it in /etc/rc.d/init.d/rc.local or something similar. You can also use a
SysV style startup script.

What's the wisdom on RH Linux 7? Create and entry in /etc/xinetd.d, or
use Linuxconf to manage named? If the former, might someone have an
example? If the latter, then I have problems (evaluating all of these
operating systems, and each one having its own peculiar "best way" to do
things makes for a nice dull headache).
