This looks like the prefetch crash that was fixed recently. See this
page:

Upgrading to BIND 9.10.0-P1 should fix the issue.

If this doesn't fix it, please do a debug build of BIND 9.10.0-P1 and
send us a backtrace from the generated core file (after the crash),
which should contain symbols instead of ??s.
