4601 is a change number; the bug number is RT #38573. The RT system is
still closed, but the BIND source revision history is open. The commit for

Viking, North Utsire: Easterly 4 or 5, increasing 6 at times. Slight or
moderate, but rough in southwest Viking. Showers later. Good, occasionally
