Again Crashed Bind

Hi,

Bind version used is 9.6.2-P2.
Named crashed (In panic State) with INSIST Assertion error.

I did a google search but I found the insist assertion error with other bind versions also. Can you please help me in finding it out the reason for this panic. Also tell me in which version of the bind this insist assertion failure due to pending receive on the socket is fixed.
