Available Packages
bind.x86_64  32:9.8.2-0.30.rc1.el6         base
bind.x86_64  32:9.8.2-0.30.rc1.el6_6.1     updates

You might want to update to the latest RedHat package. The stock RedHat
versions of bind contain many patches backported into 9.8 from more
recent bind versions.

You might want a recent bind version for rhel6 with no patches.
