Your mail client has a problem with line wrapping, which made this 
very difficult to read.

Yes, named seems to start and to be running fine.

Your systemd, for some reason probably related to what it said, has 
killed named.

And named obediently did a clean shutdown.

Your issue might more effectively be dealt with in a Fedora forum, or 
as a Fedora bug.
