With a window of 5 I got a recovery time of 6s.

Trafalgar: Variable 3 for a time in southeast, otherwise south 6 to gale 8,
veering northwest 5 or 6 later. Moderate or rough, becoming very rough later
in northwest. Rain or showers. Good, occasionally poor.
