CloudSmith repository missing

Hi!  It looks like the BIND Cloudsmith repository, which was there earlier
this week, is no longer present.

Hit:9 https://packages.icinga.com/debian icinga-stretch InRelease

> Err:11 https://dl.cloudsmith.io/public/isc/bind/deb/debian stretch Release

Looking at ISC's Cloudsmith page[0], I see a "public-bind" repository which
seems to be about two weeks old.  Has that replaced the "bind" repository,
or is that something else?  Or should I not be expecting these repositories
to be stable (yet)?
