Dynamically Loading Zones from a Database with BIND 9

Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a solution using BIND 9 with two servers in a
cluster, managed by Pacemaker, with a floating IP to ensure service
continuity in case of failover. My main goal is to dynamically load DNS
zones from a database.
I have already tried using the DLZ modules, but I encountered several
issues, which I described in the following posts on the BIND 9 GitLab:
https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/issues/4864
https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/issues/4866
Following these discussions, several people informed me that the DLZ
modules are provided as-is, with no real maintenance, and are considered
outdated by ISC. This has made me hesitant to use them in production.
I also wanted to try the dyndb modules, but I couldn’t find any.
Additionally, I couldn't find any other information in the documentation
about the possibility of using zones from a database.
Therefore, I would like to know if it is still possible to load zones
dynamically from a database with BIND 9. If not, what alternatives are
there for dynamically loading my zones in a clustered environment?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice.
Best regards,
Mathieu Guelle
