I don't like or appreciate rants.
Rantors are not all the same and so I do not have a universal rule how to treat them.
In this instance, for me the product rant was not that aggressive that I would remove the user if I were list owner.
I would remind the user that rants like this are not appreciated and ask for more information.
Now I received information that this happened off-list and was replied with an other rant.
This information gap leaves other members on the list in the dark.
