bind 9.18 few system tests failing

Hi,

We have ported the bind 9.18 for AIX , everything looks fine except few system tests which use dlopen() fails.
like hooks, dlzexternal and dyndb. Would like to know are these tests works fine in 9.18/
I see this dynamic library not getting some symbols in libisc.a..
