secondary dns server question :)

Hello folks :)

just to be sure, in case we have two (internals) dns servers on the same 
network (for the case of one is unavaillable), if I understand well the 
docs, the two servers should have the exact same configurations, appart 
that the secondary is stated as 'secondary' and the first 'master'.

that for both confs and zones and etc...


Am I right or wrong there ? if not, what much differences should it have ?
