Inconsistent Logging of zone name

We have https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/issues/2577 but it 
was required once, several years ago. I suggest to add your voice there.

Bonus points for more information about structure you envision, logging 
format and/or library you use etc.
