Thanks for the reply.  It happens with many domains.

Adding -d 9 didn't seem to change the output much.  Here's the 
surrounding logs from opening an existing browser tab, refreshing, then 
hitting "try again" until the page appeared (4 or 5 times I think).

I'll try to run some tcpdumps inbound and outbound tomorrow, traffic
