configure error for bind-9.20.1

Hi,

you have provided no information that can be used to debug this issue. You need
to send a full config.log and preferably also the full information on how you are
invoking all of the commands, what is the hardware in the question and so on.

The only thing that I can tell from the two lines you sent is: well, it's broken for you.
