Windows versions of bind tools

I'm still using bind-tools (dig, etc...) for Windows from version 9.16.50.
I know that the entire bind release is no longer available for Windows.
However, is there a plan to release the bind-tools from current versions
for windows in the future? I can use UNIX but I'm mostly on Windows or a
Mac by default.
