Bind 9.20.15 denying transfer to secondaries?

Hi Gang

I just updated my bind9 from debian bookworm to trixie and noticed,
that the secondaries can not transfer the primary zones hosted any
more.

Of course, I could specify allow-transfer to explicitly allow the ip
addresses of the secondaries for each zone.

But I think I must be missing something else as in the past this was
not necessary, all server listed in NS entries of a zone could transfer
the zones without explicitly allowing this.
