account "schildbach" at ISC GitLab blocked

I was pointed here by https://gitlab.isc.org/users/sign_in to get my 
account unblocked. My username is "schildbach". My motivation for 
getting and using an account is to stay subscribed to certain bind9 
issues and PRs.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I've set up at least one Fido2 security 
key as a second factor. I'll verify when I gain access again.

I'm not sure when I'm ready to comment on a ticket – I certainly do not 
want to create an irrelevant comment just for the sake of not getting 
blocked again. I hope that the second factor will prevent that from 
happening.
