ISC Bind to RHEL Satellite server issue

[Lowry-Schiller, Dell M CTR (USA)]

Greetings

I am trying to add the ISC Bind updates to my Satellite server as third party.  I am having issues getting it to sync.  I have been here at this site and tried multiple links and I can't get it to work.  I have attached a screenshot showing the error message that the site can't be reached.
