ISC Bind to RHEL Satellite server issue

Hi Dell,
Adding Copr repos as a 3rd party repo to a Red Hat Satellite server
usually work fine but here your satellite says 'network unreachable'.
If you are in a secure/locked-down environment, you might have to add an
http proxy and/or edit the whitelist of that proxy so that the Satellite
can download from copr.
PS: if you are doing this in a supported environment, you might want to
reach out to Red Hat support for assistance.
My 2c,
Vincent
