Is there still anyone supporting bind 9.11 or 9.16?

Hello!

We at Red Hat still backport security fixes to versions no longer 
supported by ISC. We work with 9.16 and 9.11 major releases and attempt 
to backport some fixes to them.

Is there any other group, company or individual, who does the same? I 
could use some peer review or ideally some help with writing some tests 
for those old versions. Are there any distribution maintainers working 
with such old releases?

I would love to know we are not the only one.
