Can BIND synthesize v6 PTRs ?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "synthesize v6 PTRs"...
but, there's a "synthrecord" plugin that was recently merged to the
BIND 9.21 branch and will be released in 9.22, which might be what
you're looking for.  The man page can be found here:
