BIND 9.18 EOL + bind-esv will be 9.20

Hello BIND users!

As a friendly reminder:

* BIND 9.18 is end-of-life.  There are no further releases planned for 
BIND 9.18.

* The public bind-esv repositories maintained by ISC will begin serving 
BIND 9.20 next week, on Wednesday 15 July.
