ShoDoHFlo (https://github.com/m3047/shodohflo) doesn't have any 
dependency on rust. If that's occurring on account of ShoDoHFlo I'd like 
to know about your tool / build chain and the provenance of what you 
downloaded.

I don't think ShoDoHFlo is causing that. Are you referring to building BSD 
or Linux? As said I don't test on BSD, I touch BSD maybe every few years. 
If somebody wants to get it running on BSD and is running into problems, 
I'll be there for you, if you'll write it up and send a pull request.

I have an idea... I'm going to capture some known good traffic and send it 
to you privately.
