BIND 9.18.48 Crash upon Serve Stale Enabling, with general: critical: exiting (due to assertion failure) and Recursion Loop Detected

Hi Ondřej,
We tested the same configurations shared in the first message of this
thread (having stale serve enabled) on three different BIND versions:
9.18.41 -> Crashed with assertion (within 5 minutes)
9.18.48 -> Crashed with an assertion (within 5 minutes)
9.20.22 -> Running normally with no crash so far :) for more than 24 hours
