Jim, Early on the 1st I was able to receive an email from CIHOST and their explanation on what was going on. Their promise to be up by 7pm on the 1st seemed to ring true. Unfortunately I can no longer manage my account. I have noticed that my email redirects are not working. I can't seem to get through to their helpdesk and their own "CI Support" section is off line. I must ask ... what are your plans with this company? It sounds like our situations are similiar.
