I had the same problem. I started on the 15th when they were updating the 
system. Since then I have had nothing but problems.

Our site received a new IP# and seemed to be working for about a day when 
everything went wrong. I have called numerous times to be told that the DNS 
servers are being updated. Each time I was told it would be from 12 to 24 
hours or so until our name propagated to all the DNS servers. On the 2nd of 
Jan I was still having a problem so I called tech support and was told the 
same thing. It seems they lost all of their sites (29,000+) including their 
own cihost.com site. DNS would just state there was no such entry found, ie 
it didn't exist.

It seems to be working now but two weeks of problems and several days of 
down time are not easy to swallow. I will be searching for a new host 
provider soon. Go to:
