	It's not clear...  Did you update those files on BOTH servers
or did you only update them on your primary and expect them to propagate
to the secondary (which they won't).

	Make sure your secondary has the correct files and is pointing to
them.  I found one of my secondaries had the root.cache file under
"named.ca" so the new file didn't help until I fixed the configuration
file (which had been converted from an old 4.9.x style configuration file
so there is no TELLING why or how that screwy name ended up in there).
