If the RH tool (redhat-config-bind*) does not do what it should,
report the bug if there is a bug (information is available in [1]) get
help with the tool from RH support or . . . if it is a problem of
documentation or instruction, or just don't use it.

You know how to edit the configuration file, so skip the tool if it
doesn't work.
