</span>9.10 branch as no support for ECS except dig allowing +subnet to be<br>
specified. There is no support in named.<br>

master branch has prelimnary support for authoritative side of ECS, but<br>
the draft is still not finalized and there are some differences from the<br>
current draft.<br>

There is no support currently for ECS in the resolver, either in the<br>
cache or even to handle that option.<br>
