<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We’re using ISC-Bind (v 9.16.45) out at remote locations to serve as part of local DNS service in the event of a WAN outage. However we are faced with the possibility that we might also suffer a power outage
at these locations, and would have power restored before the WAN. This would leave us without any local DNS for the remote site, which would not be helpful to those working there.<br>

Is there a way to preserve the ISC-Bind generated cache so that it can be restored after a server reboot?<br>
