going on vacation?

please please please...configure your "vacation" programs not to
auto-respond to list mail?  i know it's the summer time and lots of
people feel compelled to go off to faraway places, but i've just
gotten so much "hi...i'm not here right now" in the last few days from
too many lists.  it's getting me down.
