bind8 - possible other "ndc status" output?

I think it would be extremely usefull to add some information about the
interfaces that bind:
* has detected,
* is listening on,
* is answering queries on.

A few basic statistics about resource usage would be usefull to, but I
realize that you can obtain those already in a different way.
