Is this an appropriate list to discuss direction of the stand-alone
lwresd?

I'm wondering the following:
    a) if there might be a way to modify the resolv.conf equivalent
info that it uses via IPC?
(vs. your resolver info has changed, please reboot now...)

    b) if it responds to -HUP in anyway?

    c) will it do DNSSEC eventually?

I have been using the one from debian sarge as a convenience with
openswan OE work.
