Please don't say "is wrong" when you mean "was wrong".  As far as I can
tell, NetBSD fixed this bug in February 2000, and the fix shipped in
NetBSD-1.5.

If you really do mean "NetBSD's current implementation is still wrong",
then please explain in more detail so that I can get it fixed.
