OK, I just wanted to ensure that ISC and the bug reporter(s) were on the
same page here.  Sounds like we are.  I'll use the mail on this thread
to open a bugs ticket (and add both you and Tony Finch as contacts if
that's OK).

Your help in reporting and checking this report is much appreciated.  I
can't promise a time-line for repair from ISC's end, but if someone else
jumps in and finds one before ISC gets to it, we'll be happy to see it.

We'll likely ask you two to check out any patches as well, since we like
the reporter of bugs to check our work when possible.
