PATCH: add updater's signer-name to log

An even better place is bind-suggest at isc.org. If it goes there it lands in our feature queue.

Bind bugs posted here should (or should also) go to bind9-bugs at ISC.org. Once again, these go straight to the queue.

We also have a developer list called bind-workers which may be good to reach other contributors.
