It's part of www.isc.org/git.  I'd forgotten I used the users.isc.org
URL to share it around when it was being reviewed, but it's a handy thing
that I never took it down, since we're still dealing with the recent
wordpress problem.  There's also http://users.isc.org/~each/howto.html
and http://users.isc.org/~each/style.html.

(People of the distant future who are googling this thread: those URLs
are likely to be stale by now.)

I hadn't thought of putting it in the tree, good idea.
