ISC BIND early availability: 9.10.1rc2, 9.9.6rc2, 9.8.8rc2

The following BIND 9 releases are now available for download at
https://source.isc.org.

     - BIND 9.10.1rc2
     - BIND 9.9.6rc2
     - BIND 9.8.8rc2

These are release candidates for the maintenance releases BIND 9.10.1,
9.9.6 and 9.8.8.  If no problems are reported in the next 24-48 hours,
they will be signed and published at https://www.isc.org/downloads
and ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9.

A detailed list of the changes for each release can be found in the
file CHANGES.  Bug reports can be sent to bind9-bugs at isc.org.

NOTE: The download location for early availability software has recently
changed.  Access is no longer password-restricted.  Early availability
software will be announced on the "bind-workers" mailing list; to join the
list, visit https://lists.isc.org/mailman/listinfo/bind-workers.  After a
transition period, the "bf-announce" mailing list that has been used up to
now will be closed.
