requesting for help

Dear all,
I've decided to implement a Geo-location aware DNS as a Global Software
Load Balancer (GSLB) using BIND9. So I installed BIND9 from source code:
1) ./configure --with-geoip --without-openssl
2) make
3) make install
But how can I reach to the config files just like when we install BIND9
through apt-get install bind9. ( I want to reach them in /etc/bind9/)?

would it be possible to explain how to run GSLB from scratch ?
