Log:
Moved the bind10-devel-20100319 to tags.
"tags" for us means it won't be changed.
I moved it instead of copying, because we don't plan to providing
"stable" updates for that release, but will be creating releases
based on the latest code.
(No stable releases for non-production code at least for now. We
can re-evaluate this later.)
