BIND 10 trac946, created. 30d350e8cae28631a083c04a9ccf8d5bcaf69adb [trac946] fixed the bug that the same TSIGKey is used for both SOA and AXFR. added a new test (test_do_soacheck_and_xfrin_with_tsig) to confirm the bug and fix, and adjusted other tests accordingly.
