    [1513] added notification from ddns to xfrout about zone update.
    
    there's not directly related change: rename the internal SessionError
    to InternalError, because the former could be confused with the same
    name of exception defined in isc.cc.

    [1513] refactoring: extract socket send operation into a separate method.
    
    this will make the planned implementation for this ticket simpler, and
    will also help further unrelated extensions such as TCP support.
