    bug #1818: Don't start b10-auth, xfrin, xfrout, zonemgr in default config
    
    The bug #1818 is just about not starting b10-auth, but this currently
    implies that b10-xfrin, b10-xfrout and b10-zonemgr should also be
    disabled.
