    [1752] Implemented benchmark of logging
    
    Just logs a message that is not printed (because of log verbosity
    settings) and that is. No tests, no proper copyright headers, this code
    will be dumped anyway after the experiment. If some of it is to be
    reused, it can be extracted or the formalisms added.
