    Use the new component tests introduced in m4macros/ax_bind10_components.m4
    to only build various components when they have been enabled.

    [2367] Improve granularity of components to build
    
    Added m4macros/ax_bind10_components.m4 and use it in configure.ac.
    This file allows the user to select from a number of individual
    components to build, or to build just DNS, just DHCP or just the
    stuff common to both.
