[bind10-dev] buildbot testing

Last week, I started a test buildbot on bind10 server. It isn't doing any 
building yet but it is there. The following was from my jabber comments.

I have a buildbot master and slave running on bind10. It is at 
http://bind10.isc.org:8010/

No "builds" being done yet since I need way to check out source 
"anonymously" or hardcode my forum password in there.

For testing, planning to use libbind source in CVS.

The master service and slave service are both running out of my "jreed" 
account, so once I get sudo working again, I will reset these up under 
their own dedicated accounts.
