[bind10-dev] Software development tools

All,

We need to agree on some software development tools so we can actually
start building. I threw a page with some items on the Trac Wiki:

I didn't try too hard to be comprehensive - there are surely a lot of
things missing.

Please have a look. You can reply here if you want to discuss
something. 

If you want to add a type of tool that needs to be used, then feel free
to edit the page.
